At Roborro, we offer you a 30-day right of withdrawal so you can shop with confidence. Below you will find all the important information about returns, refunds, and our return process.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
- Start of the period: The period begins on the day you or a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.
2. Conditions for a Return
To have a return accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
- Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Register the Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@roborro.com and provide your order number along with the items concerned.
Important: Returns without prior registration may not be processed.
Step 2: Return Shipment
After your return is approved, you have 30 days to send the items back to our returns center.
- Return address: The return address will be provided to you by email after your request is approved.
- Shipping costs: The immediate costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer.
- Proof of shipment: We recommend keeping proof of shipment or a tracking number.

Step 3: Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Processing time: Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the return or after proof of shipment has been provided.
- Payment method: The refund will be made using the original payment method.
4. Optional Shipping Protection
For €2.95, you can optionally add additional shipping protection to your order.
Covered are:
- Loss, theft, or damage during transport
Not covered are:
- Incorrectly provided delivery addresses
- Shipments marked as delivered without proof of a problem
- Delivery delays or customs clearance beyond our control
Filing a claim:
Please contact us at support@roborro.com within:
- 14 days for lost shipments
- 7 days for damaged or stolen packages
Please include your order number as well as relevant evidence or photos.
Resolution: Approved claims are usually handled by sending a replacement. A refund will only be issued if no replacement is available.
Shipping protection is non-refundable and limited to one claim per order.
