1. Shipping Costs and Possible Additional Fees
- Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders.
- Import Duties: Depending on the delivery country, additional fees such as import VAT or customs duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Delivery Time
The delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping Time: 9–12 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: approx. 10–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping provider, or external circumstances.
3. Shipping Process
Orders are shipped after successful processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of your order.
4. Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery Address: Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order. The customer may be responsible for additional costs due to incorrect address information.
- Multiple Delivery Addresses: Currently, an order cannot be split to multiple delivery addresses.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. After shipping, our return and refund policies apply.
5. Delivery Delays and Issues
- Delivery Delays: In some cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or high demand.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@roborro.com.
6. Optional Shipping Protection
You have the option to add optional additional shipping protection to your order.
Covered are:
- Loss, theft, or damage during transport
Not covered are:
- Incorrectly provided delivery addresses
- Shipments marked as delivered without proof of a problem
- Delivery delays or customs issues beyond our control
Filing a claim:
Please contact us at support@roborro.com within:
- 14 days for lost shipments
- 7 days for damaged or stolen packages
Please include your order number as well as relevant evidence or photos.
Resolution: Approved claims are usually handled by sending a replacement. A refund is only issued if no replacement is available.
Shipping protection is non-refundable and limited to one claim per order.
