As of: February 2026

LRS ECOM B.V. (trading under the name “Roborro”) strives to make its online shop roborro.com accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Regulation on the BFSG (BFSGV).

1. Description of the service

Roborro operates an online shop for fashion, shoes, and home and garden items. Through our website roborro.com consumers can view, select, order, and pay for products. The service encompasses all electronic commerce activities, including product presentation, shopping cart, checkout process, customer registration, order tracking, and customer service.

2. Accessibility status

Partially accessible: The online shop currently partially complies with the requirements of the BFSG and the harmonized standard EN 301 549 (based on WCAG 2.1, Level AA). We are continuously working to remove existing barriers and improve accessibility.

3. Known limitations

The following areas may currently not be fully accessible:

  • Images: Not all product images have complete alternative text.
  • Contrast: Some design elements may not meet the minimum contrast ratios under WCAG 2.1 AA in all areas.
  • Keyboard navigation: Certain interactive elements (e.g., dropdown menus, product filters) may not be fully operable using a keyboard.
  • Third-party content: Embedded services from third parties (e.g., payment service providers, tracking tools) are not fully within our control with regard to accessibility.

We are actively working to address these limitations and make our online shop as accessible as possible for everyone.
